RIVER HELLAS A.E. successfully operates in the field of Packaging and distribution of solvents and chemical products for building use. The development of the Company as well as the increasing demands of its Customers, led its Management to the decision to design, install and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO 9001/2015.

Both the Management and the staff of the Company are committed to the faithful implementation of the Quality Management System through which its goals will be achieved, which are summarized in:

• Customers- To be satisfied with the company's products and services with the perfect quality of colors and merchandise, the consistency and good communication on our part with them, the combination of quality and competitive prices, the right packaging to preserve the colors and the on time delivery and order
• State - Comply with applicable legal requirements
• Suppliers - To be in harmonious cooperation with the company

This requires:

And it is achieved by:

• compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
• error prevention (hence continuous work control)
• continuous effort to improve behavior and communication
• full compliance with the applicable Greek and European Legislation
• establishment of objectives and the constant monitoring and analysis of data through Management reviews
